Welcome to the BioGIS Web

This is the Web about a simple BioGIS project. The main goal of the project is to set up a GIS ( Geographical Information System) capable to handle geo- biological information.

The BioGIS System should be capable to:

1. Request geographical and biological information
2. Compute and generate new GIS data set
3. Display the geo- biological maps on a web map server

• New topic (of interest)
• Closed topic (witch can be considered to be final)

We indicate the level of interest of a topic with a temparture led:

• Topic of top interest
• Topic of hight interest
• Topic of medium interest
• Topic of low interest

All indicators can also be used inside a topic for a given section.
