Map User Interface
We set up in general the map interface control elements inside the map panel. This makes the map interface more compact.
For small display device, it can be better to place the control elements out side the map panel. The user as then
a clean simple looking map, but he must navigated out side the map panel to click the iterative command buttons.
We mention some important control elements witch a map interfaces can have.

By default we allow to drag the map out of the map box, we the map content outside the map box will not be displaced:
As option we can stop the dragging on the boundary the the box map.
By default we wind up the date line of the world map: the map content disappears on the east map box border, to be pushed in at the west side:
As option we can unset the the date line.
By default the map navigator is displaced at the upper left corner of the map box:
As option the navigator can be placed on the border of the map box:
By default the map zoom has only a out and in zoom. The control is displaced on left border of the map box (bellow the upper left navigator):
As option the zoom can have several zooming levels:
By default the map ruler is displaced at the lower left corner of the map box:
As option we can omit the map ruler.
By default the map cursor geographical coordinates are displaced at lower right corner of the map box:
As option we can omit the cursor coordinates.
By default the map permalink is displaced at the lower right corner of the map box on top of the cursor coordinates:
As option we can omit the map permalink.
By default the map layer switcher is displaced on the right upper border of the map box.
As option we can omit the map layer switcher. In case of only one basic layer there is nothing to switch.
By default the map overview is displaced by at the bottom right border of the map box:
As option we can omit the the map overview.
By default the map menu is displaced at the upper right corner of the map box:
As option we can omit the map menu.
