SUBJECT.CH SERVICE POLICY

Please reed garefullly the terms of this contract.

We refure as user, a person, a firme or organisation, witch subscript to the service of SUBJECT.CH. We refure as service of SUBJECT.CH, all internet services provided by SUBJECT.CH. We refure as Public Domain, data and information, witch can can be used, modified, published and distributed on the free base with out prohiebitng copy rights.

Your are free to use the public GIS service of SUBJECT:H. The service in run with Open Source softwares, witch runs in general unter the GPL i.e. General Public Licency. The user anologes and repsects all terms to the GPL.

The geographical data provided by SUBJECT.CH are Public Domain. All contributions from users are considered to be public domain. Ther for user should avoid to submit geographical data, witch are protected ba a copy right, prohebiting the public usage, change, publishing and distribution.

The user can still put a copy right on hist contribution, as long that the copy rights contains the following content:

COPY RIGHT XXXX: All rights reseved to XXXX. You are free to use, modifie, publish and distribute this data

* The user is not allowed to submit contents with out geographical interest

* The user is not allowed to genrerate carbage geographical content, in any raster and layer repository o in PostGIS database provided by SUBJECT.CH

* The user is not allowed to damage or delete the contributions of other users witch are subscripted at SUBJECT.CH service.

Each users should respect the contributions from other collaborating people - so that there collaborating work will also be appreciated..

Any cracking activities witch can dimige or damage the services of SUBJECT.ch will be persecute on a legab base.

If a User wont's to quit the services of SUBJECT.CH, he must submit the request per e-mail to the administrator of the domain SUBJECT.CH.

A User aknowledges that all contributions ware down in the policy terms of this licency. The initial copyright can not be revoced at any later time.

We think that this collaborating policy is simple, resonable and fair.
