Welcome to the OpenGIS Web

This is the Web about a simple open GIS project. The main goal of the project is to set up a GIS ( Geographical Information System) capable to handle geographicall information.

The GIS System should be capable to:

  1. Request geographical information
  2. Compute and generate new GIS data set
  3. Display the geographical maps on a web map server
